This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations for purchases made on the Sangouri Clothing website. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with the policy mentioned below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
(Applicable to Domestic Orders Only)
Sangouri Clothing offers returns and exchanges on domestic orders subject to the following conditions:

Requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.

Only one return or exchange request is allowed per order, regardless of the number of items purchased.

Requests raised after the 7-day window will not be accepted.

All return and exchange requests must be submitted only through our Returns Portal.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

Visit the Return/Exchange Portal on our website.

Enter your Order Number along with your registered Email ID / Phone Number / ZIP Code.

Select the product and choose the desired size for exchange.

Once approved, Sangouri Clothing will arrange a reverse pickup.
If the pickup is not attempted within 2 working days of approval, customers must inform our Customer Support team for further assistance.
After the returned product is received and passes our quality check, the replacement item will be shipped, subject to stock availability.
Return & Refund Policy

Return requests must be initiated through the Returns Portal.

Once the returned product passes quality inspection, Store Credit equivalent to the product value will be issued.

Store Credits:

Are non-transferable

Can be redeemed only on the Sangouri Clothing website

Cash or bank refunds are not provided.

Only one return or exchange request is allowed per order.
Incorrect or Damaged Products
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, you must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery by selecting the appropriate option on the Returns Portal and uploading clear images of the issue.
Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for approval.
Unserviceable Pickup Locations
If reverse pickup is not available at your location:

Customers may self-ship the product to the address provided by our support team.

Combo & Promotional Purchases
For orders purchased under combo deals or promotional offers:

Partial returns will result in recalculation of discounts.

Any promotional benefit applied to the original order will be revoked if eligibility conditions are no longer met.

Refunds or credits will be adjusted accordingly.
International Orders

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not applicable for international orders once confirmed.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
