Domestic Orders (Within India)

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping across India on all prepaid orders

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are applicable

Important Note:
If the outer packaging appears tampered with, torn, pressed, or damaged in any way, you may refuse to accept the delivery. Please mention the issue clearly on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip provided by the delivery executive.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests are accepted only within 6 hours of placing the order.

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 4–6 hours from our end.

  • Cancellation requests can be raised by:

  • Orders that are already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • Requests made after 6 hours from order placement will not be accepted.

  • The customer agrees to accept Janasya’s decision regarding cancellations, which shall be final.

Ans:
All prepaid orders are shipped using reliable courier services such as Blue Dart, Smarter, and Delhivery at no additional shipping cost within India.
For Cash on Delivery orders, a shipping fee of ₹50 is applicable. The courier partner may contact you prior to delivery.

Q2. How long does shipping take?
Ans:
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of placement. Delivery usually takes 3 to 4 working days, depending on the destination.

International Orders

  • International customers can place prepaid orders only through the payment gateways available at checkout.

  • Orders are processed once payment is successfully received.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days (may vary by country)

  • We ship international orders via:

Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may be applicable as per the destination country’s regulations.
These charges are borne by the recipient, and Janasya is not responsible for any additional customs fees.
